AP 2D, AP 3D and AP Drawing

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PORTFOLIOS
2D is about the arrangement of space
And drawing is about drawing about the illusion of space and drawing issues like mark-making, perspective, volume, molding of light, form...etc.

2D encompasses photography, & graphic design.
However you can draw and paint in a 2D portfolio...its just that the focus is on the arrangement of space ... Composition... Spatial considerations.

3D is about the arrangement and use of 3D space which can be functional and sculptural with an emphasis on the elements and principles of design
